NOVEMBER 20. This site is in the process of grocking a new identity for itself as a forum on media. Adobeairstream dot com is the online magazine site that attempts to impose an editorial voice and lots of writers on the interrelationships of arts in a region loosely described as the spine of the country. Rocky Mountain West. Continental Divide. West Texas. Pine forests to creosote deserts with dead men stories. Santa Fe, Albuquerque, El Paso, Denver, Marfa, Austin next year When I started this blog back in March it was to be an interim site. Now I am figuring out to what better use the blog can keep up too so you all can preferably comment more. I am really interested in what is happening in media and so this seems to be a good place to start. For now I’m just re-greasing the skids.
We’re heading on April 1st toward 1500 visits and clocked more than 1000 video impressions last month.
The present moment involves a current of art from all over, that reaches me through tags. Today (4/1) I have news of a Santa Fe-born artist with a show in Zurich. Tomorrow go to Denver to see the premiere of a book I deeply admire, A Prayer for Owen Meany (John Irving), remade into a play.
